Subscription Policy

Some of our products can be purchased on a Subscribe & Save basis. This policy explains how subscriptions work, how billing happens, and how to change or cancel.

How it works. When you choose Subscribe & Save on a product page, you select a delivery frequency (for example, every month). We ship a fresh supply on that schedule and you save 10% on every subscription order compared with the one-time purchase price.

Automatic renewal and billing. Subscriptions renew automatically. Your payment method is stored securely and charged the then-current subscription price, plus any applicable taxes and shipping, each time a subscription order is created on your selected schedule. Charges continue until you cancel. Each upcoming order date is shown in your account, and we send an email before each renewal.

How to pause, skip, or cancel. You can pause, skip, reschedule, swap products, or cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee:

  • Log in to your account at takedecades.com and select Manage Subscription to make any change in a few clicks; or
  • Email us at sales@takedecades.com and we will process the change for you.

To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, cancel or skip before the next scheduled billing date shown in your account. Changes take effect immediately; orders already billed or shipped are handled under our Refund Policy.

Price or terms changes. If the price or terms of your subscription change, we will notify you by email in advance, and the change will apply only to renewals after the notice. If you do not agree, you can cancel before your next billing date.

Refunds. Subscription orders are covered by the same 30-day satisfaction guarantee as one-time purchases. See our Refund Policy.

Failed payments. If a renewal charge fails, we may retry the payment and will email you. If payment cannot be collected, the subscription order is not shipped and your subscription may be paused.
