How transparent are your supplement labels?

A few specialized formulas use an established standardized blend, where every ingredient is listed and the total amount is shown. Either way, what's in the bottle is on the label.

Are your products vegan, non-GMO, or gluten-free?

Many are, and we mark it clearly. Each product page lists that formula's specific claims (such as non-GMO, gluten-free, or vegan-friendly) so you can check before you buy. A few formulas use animal-derived nutrients (for example, certain forms of vitamin D3, or gelatin capsules), so when a product is vegan-friendly it will say so on the product page.

Could a Decades product contain an allergen I need to avoid?

Testing varies by product. Many of our products have a Certificate of Analysis (COA) confirming their contents, and some are made in facilities that hold third-party certifications. If you would like documentation for a specific product, email us and we will help you track it down.

Are Decades products FDA approved?

No dietary supplement is. The FDA does not approve supplements the way it approves prescription drugs. Our products are made in FDA-registered facilities and comply with FDA regulations for dietary supplements. Any benefits we describe relate to supporting the normal structure and function of the body, not to treating disease.

What does “clean” actually mean for Decades?

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the U.S. and would like to order, email us and we will let you know what is possible.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on every order over $100. For orders under $100, a flat shipping rate is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

How fast will my order arrive?

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order ships, it usually arrives within a few business days, depending on where you are. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as it is on its way.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link, and you can also find tracking details in your account under your order history. If your tracking has not updated after a day or two, it is usually a short carrier delay, but you can always reach out and we will look into it.

What is your return and refund policy?

Every order is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make it right with a refund.

How do I start a return or request a refund?

Email our support team with your order number and a quick note about what went wrong, and we will walk you through the next steps. In most cases you will not need to ship anything back.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What now?

We are sorry about that. Contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.

Tracking says delivered, but I never received my order.

First, check around your delivery area and with anyone who may have collected it for you. If it still hasn't turned up, contact us with your order number. Claims for lost packages should be made within 30 days of the expected delivery date so we can help.

How does Subscribe & Save work?

Choose the Subscribe option on any product and save 10% on every order. We automatically send a fresh supply on the schedule you pick, so you never run out and never have to remember to reorder.

Can I skip, pause, or cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime, with no fees. Manage your subscription from your account to skip a delivery, change your schedule, swap products, or cancel. Just make your change before your next renewal date.

How do I manage my subscription?

Log into your account and open your subscriptions to update your schedule, shipping address, payment method, or products. If you would rather we handle it, email us and we will take care of it for you.

When am I charged, and when does my next order ship?

Your card is charged on each renewal date, and your order ships right after. We email you before a renewal so there are no surprises, which gives you time to skip or adjust if you need to.
